This past week was seriously one of the best weeks this year! Despite the fact that I was on my death bed a couple of the nights there, I still pulled all my strength together to attend all the wonderful talks given by amazing photographers around the country! I attended talks given by Jason Aten, Scarlett Lillian, Amber Holritz, Justin & Mary Marantz, Joe Buissink, Zach & Jody Gray, Jenn Lindberg, and Shari Zellers. All of these amazing photographers had so much great information for people just starting out in the industry like me! I am still on information OVERLOAD and need a couple days…weeks…to process everything I learned and make a plan to incorporate all these fresh ideas into my business! I am so thankful that all of these people were willing to open their hearts to inspire, encourage, and love those who share a love for photography like they do. I was so blessed with this last minute opportunity to travel down to New Orleans for 2009 ParnerCon and to visit with family that I hardly ever get to see! I was also lucky enough to get into a shooting workshop with the amazing Jeff & Erin Youngren! These two are awesome, from the first time I met them at our Tacoma PUG meeting, I knew instantly that I had met a couple that I could look up to not only as photographers, but as great, loving people. The workshop was so much fun…painfully early but so worth it! Being able to photograph the dynamic duo, Zach & Jody, as our “wedding couple models” was the greatest, these two have awesome style and are so fierce
! I learned so much about finding great light, creating great compositions, and most importantly making my clients feel fabulous on their special day! Thank you Jeff & Erin for the fantastic morning shoot and thank you Zach & Jody for being such awesome models and great new friends! Now without further ado I would love to show you all some images from that morning shoot!
Love. Love. Love this one.

Haha! I think Jeff wanted to model that morning!

Jody you’re gorgeous.

I love how sweet they are together…

Oh so many photographers!
