Manu and Daniel’s full post is finally here and I am so excited to share it with you all. I’ll have to admit, this was basically my first “maternity/pregnancy/expecting/whatever-you-wanna-call-it” session and I was a little nervous. At the same time I was so excited to be a part of this celebration for the little girl named Clara that will be here in October! Manu and Daniel are simply beautiful, inside and out. Their excitement for this child and their love for one another is so evident…I felt truly blessed to be a part of this. It really just made me think about the moment where a couple realizes that it’s no longer going to be just the two of them…that within months they will be bringing a child into this world. It is truly beautiful and such a blessing!
Manu and Daniel, thank you so much for inviting me into this special time in your lives. I am so excited to meet little Clara and to watch your family grow. I hope you enjoy these pictures! Love you both.
I loved Manu’s idea of starting our session is this great book store on Capitol Hill.
The kids section was so cute and it’s true…this little girl is going to be a princess!
So we could not have asked for a more perfect day for this session. Seattle gave us some wonderful sun, so what better way to start than at Molly Moon’s Ice Cream!

We then moved the shoot to Discovery Park where the light was OH-SO-YUMMY. And I fell in love with Manu’s outfit! So perfect.
